First making contact with electronic music in the early 90s, Ryuji’s sonic identity was further forged in the late 90s during his time in the United States, where he deeply immersed himself in the roots of Techno, House, and Electro. Upon returning to Japan, he translated these global influences into a prolific production career, releasing on definitive labels such as Mastertraxx, GSR, and Brood Audio. As a curator, Ryuji operates under the mantra "From local to global… It exists in order to inspire the world." Through his imprints Local Sound Network (LSN) and the collaborative HueHelix (HHX)—alongside Go Hiyama and Tomohiko Sagae—he has pushed a global standard of electronic sound. His sets are a masterclass in driving, hypnotic, and atmospheric energy designed to "rock from the brain to the dance floor." In a heavyweight local collision, Entropy curator Nanogram joins forces with Marco Yu for a special back-to-back DJ set. Moving away from his modular setups, Marco Yu brings his versatile, dynamic club style to meet Nanogram’s enigmatic industrial landscapes. Expect a high-tension dialogue between two of Hong Kong’s most distinct selectors, pushing the TRI philosophy of sonic exploration to its limits. Setting the pulse for the night is Yung, weaving deep, dark, and energetic soundscapes. Her sets are a blend of industrial weight and psychedelic atmosphere, all anchored by the infectious rhythmic baselines of EBM that invite the floor into the collective chaos.
