EMOM - Moolakii Club Listening Room

MOOLAKII CLUB presents: EMOM Listening Room Short live electronic sets. A relaxed evening. Drop in to listen or have a go. Join Moolakii Club upstairs at Future Yard for an evening of live electronic music in an informal listening room setting. EMOM stands for Electronic Music Open Mic. Expect short sets, different approaches and space to try things out — from ambient textures and experimental sounds to beats, loops and melodies. You’re just as welcome to come along and listen as you are to play. Settle in for the evening, drop by for a few sets, or come and discover something unfamiliar. You don’t need to know about electronic music or own any equipment to enjoy it. WANT TO HAVE A GO? We’ll have a mix of arranged performances and spare slots available on the night. Bring something you’re working on, try out a new idea or share a short live set. First-time performers and more experienced artists are welcome. Sets are usually around 10–15 minutes. If you’d like to play, speak to us when you arrive and we’ll see where we can fit you in. On-the-night slots are limited and subject to availability. COME TO LISTEN The listeners are as much a part of the evening as the performers. Come on your own or with friends, find a seat and spend some time with music being made in the room. TUESDAY 3 NOVEMBER 2026 7–9:30pm Upstairs at Future Yard, Birkenhead Free tickets via Skiddle. Optional donations towards room hire are welcome. Come curious. Drop in to listen or have a go.
