Electric Circus with Strict Face + Makybe Diva

On Saturday 7 November we’re joined by Strict Face and Makybe Diva. Strict Face is an Adelaide based DJ and producer who has carved out his own lane through a left-field approach towards bass and techno. He’s supported the likes of Pearson Sound, Jamz Supernova and Call Super and performed at venues including Sydney’s Club 77, Melbourne’s Miscellania and Adelaide’s Ancient World. With appearances for Boiler Room, Unsound Festival and Moon Jelly Festival, he now joins us off the back of his most recent release ‘Age of Burnout’ on NLV Records. Channeling the powerful equestrian energy of her namesake, you’ll find Makybe Diva in bars spinning funk, disco and electro from across the globe. In the later hours she draws from a warming collection of house, techno and other electronic sounds that champion rousing percussion, building from bright dance grooves to deeper club rhythms. Doors from 10pm, free entry via guestlist until midnight, let your body go.
