t’s time for DC pride and Dance Club is bringing back one of our most favorite person and DJ we know- Mutualism! Mutualism, resident of Buddy Buddy in Buffalo and newly based in Brooklyn, is known for her infectious energy and dynamic DJ sets. With a penchant for uplifting melodies, powerful percussion, and divalicious moments, Mutualism is known for taking dancers on a wild ride. Sometimes it’s pretty; sometimes it’s pretty bonkers. And it’s always a party. With support from all of your Dance Club residents (Baronhawk Poitier, Joyce Lim & Tommy C) and lighting extraordinaire Artemis, our pride parties never miss! Saturday, June 20th from 10:30pm - 3am. Dance Club is a LGBTQ+ BIPOC+ event celebrating DC’s incredible selectors and its robust dance floors. Founded by Joyce Lim, Tommy C, and Baronhawk Poitier, this party is about fun and celebration. Dance Club is committed to investing in the local community as it curates welcoming, inclusive and fun spaces.
