~ House Music. Straight from Brooklyn. ~ asio is a Brooklyn based DJ who has performed all over lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. She is currently a resident of Brooklyn night club, Danger Danger. asio’s selection spans the spectrum of house music. She blends contemporary club tracks with house reworks of music from the past and unexpected influences from pop culture and gaming. Her goal is to create sets that feel both familiar and surprising, giving the room something recognizable to connect with while also introducing them to new tracks. The performance is connected to her "Crossfade Tour", a four-city tour across the east coast. The tour brings together two distinct sounds, asio's house music sets and Shane’s alt-rock performances built around the idea: different sets, same passion. After visiting Jimmy Valentine's Lonely Heart Club several times over the years.. she is very excited to return to DC to perform a house music set. asio IG: _asio300
