Cosmic Gate comes to Superior Ingredients Rooftop on Sunday, November 8, joined by Sinca, Derya Zor, sunrYse, and 4YÛ. Led by German artist Nic Chagall, Cosmic Gate has remained one of trance’s most recognized names for more than 27 years. Early releases such as “Fire Wire” and “Exploration of Space” became staples of the genre, while later records including “am2pm,” “Fall Into You,” “Nothing To Hide,” and “Your Mind” carried his sound into deeper and more progressive territory. GRAMMY-nominated and once named the highest climber in DJ Mag’s Top 100, Cosmic Gate has appeared at Tomorrowland, EDC, Ultra, Creamfields, Dreamstate, Transmission, A State of Trance, and major clubs throughout North America, Europe, and beyond. His remix catalog includes Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, deadmau5, Above & Beyond’s OceanLab, Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, and James Horner. His remix of Gabriel & Dresden and Sub Teal’s “Only Road” received a GRAMMY nomination in the Best Remixed Recording category. Outside of touring, Cosmic Gate runs Wake Your Mind Records, the home of his releases since 2013, and presents the weekly WYM Radio show. Montréal-based DJ and producer Sinca joins the lineup with selections spanning progressive house, classic house, minimal, and indie dance. Her French-Canadian and Peruvian roots inform music released through Purified, Bedrock, Anjunadeep, All Day I Dream, and Days Like Nights. Sinca has performed at Coachella’s Do LaB, Burning Man, SXM Festival, Sziget Festival, Stereo Montréal, Brooklyn Mirage, Akasha Ibiza, and events from Anjunadeep and All Day I Dream. She was also selected as a 1001Tracklists Future of Dance artist for 2024. Derya Zor, sunrYse, and 4YÛ round out the bill for a Sunday rooftop session overlooking Brooklyn.
