Anti-Data Center Fundraiser

Street Works is hosting a fundraiser in support of the Rural Michigan Defense Fund. This organization offers financial support to the people of Saline, Mi who voted against the development of a data center in their town. Despite their votes, the construction has continued and many of the citizens face legal action for their continued fight against it. As Americans, our votes deserve to matter. We want to help Saline and keep Michigan's beautiful waters clean. Our fundraiser will include a lecture taught by Danielle Boyer, a member of the Sault tribe and National Geographic Young Explorer. Danielle will be teaching youth robotics design and ethical technology. We will also have music, clothing vendors, an "all human" art auction, and food/beverages. September 12 1-7pm Hope to have a full house!
