UPTech, Unicorns Play Techno is chasing for new adventures, organizing techno and art events and expanding its tiny glittering hoofprints in the rave stages. UPTech was founded with ultimate goal of opening new areas in Turkey for all electronic music genres, especially for Techno music, and the cultural richness brought with them. Techno music has been associated with rebellion and freedom since its debut in the 80s. Despite those who say that it is not art, Techno has earned an important place in the music world as a discipline that is enriched by constantly renewed infrastructures and gives artists unlimited freedom for production. As people continue to think about knowledge, emotions and thoughts while technology advances, Techno music will continue to improve and deepen itself. That's why we identified ourselves with the Unicorn, the strong, rebellious and free-spirited, orphan of the mythology.
