WHP Access information 1. Do you have access requirements? If you have accessibility requirements and require accessible facilities, please complete the web form at https://forms.gle/NJFgJtxZW9z7akun7 (copy into browser) or email access@thewarehouseproject.com if you cannot do the web form. Warehouse Project operate under the Nimbus Card system, all applicants must apply using the card scheme. You will be contacted once your application has been made by one of our team to discuss your accessible needs on the night 2. What will be available at the venue? Inside the venue there will be signage available throughout the venue to direct customers to bars, toilets and exits. Accessible toilets will be available around the venue, these will be alongside the normal toilet blocks and clearly signed. There will be a designated viewing platform for wheelchair users. There will be an additional viewing area. 3. Cut off time for accessibility requests. Please complete the accessibility form as soon as you purchase your ticket. Our accessible viewing platform has a capacity and access to the area is based on a first come first served basis. If our facilities reach full capacity, we will be our best to accommodate accessible needs. Please make any request no later than 7 days before your event date.
