SÜPERDISKO is more than a party – it’s a postmigrant movement and club manifesto. Founded by Burakete in 2007, it’s Germany’s longest-running night dedicated to Anatolian and SWANA sounds within an electronic club context. Blending Turkish funk, Anatolian rock, arabesque, and contemporary diasporic beats, SÜPERDISKO bridges the gap between tradition and subculture. The project creates spaces that challenge “white bubbles” and celebrates hybrid identities through sound, visuals, and community. With editions ranging from sweaty club nights to festivals, exhibitions, and the iconic Café Istanbul format, SÜPERDISKO turns not only the dancefloor into a space of resistance, joy, and pluralism.
