Porno Nouveau is a Lisbon-based collective with deep roots in Italian culture and aesthetics. Porno Nouveau blends sound, visual art, and cultural history into curated experiences, in a constant dialogue between the cultural and experiential dimensions of sexuality. Born in southern Italy in 2017, the project initially aimed to rediscover forgotten Italian vinyl records and transform them into a sound that felt both nostalgic and contemporary, what we then called a research into the “Porno Sound.”
