Oscura Events

Deep, melodic and progressive house in Leeds. Two sides of the same night: OSCURA and First Light. OSCURA Oscura means dark in Spanish, and it's the sound of the music we love: deep, hypnotic and cinematic. Music that doesn't shout for attention, it pulls you inward. Low light, long blends, basslines you feel before you hear them. The name is also a nod to South America, where the modern progressive sound was shaped. Hernán Cattáneo, Mariano Mellino, Ezequiel Arias and Colombia's Kamilo Sanclemente built a sound full of emotion, texture and storytelling. That's the spirit we bring to Leeds, from intimate rooms at Penthouse to full nights at Archive. First Light Every dark night ends the same way: the sun always rises. First Light is our uplifting side. Melodic, organic and euphoric, with warm grooves and sunrise energy for the moment the room lifts its head and the light comes in. Same people, same care, same obsession with sound. Just a different part of the night. Follow OSCURA on RA to hear about new events first.
