Not That Serious is a creative collective dedicated to crafting immersive, high-energy spaces that celebrate queerness, joy, and uninhibited self-expression. Rooted in playfulness and irreverence, we design experiences where the conventional is subverted, and the dance floor becomes a canvas for freedom, connection, and creativity. We build sensory playgrounds—where deep, booty-shaking bass meets vibrant, unexpected aesthetics. We blur the lines between party and performance, inviting our community to revel in the absurd, embrace the ridiculous, and move without restraint. While we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we are intentional about curating spaces that foster inclusivity, spontaneity, and sonic exploration. Not That Serious is driven by a team of artists who bring these experiences to life: resident DJs Rommy, softer, TIGRR and projection artist Roo, who transforms spaces with immersive visuals. Not That Serious is more than a party series—it’s a community-fueled collaboration that expands events into playful, immersive experiences where sound, light, and community come together to create something entirely new.
