Margins Of Sound Society

Margins of Sound Society (MOSS) is a non-profit arts organization focused on ambient, experimental, and listening-oriented music and sound culture. MOSS presents concerts, audiovisual performances, workshops, and community events that foreground intentional listening, exploratory sound, accessibility, and interdisciplinary artistic practice. Programming spans ambient, experimental electronic music, electroacoustic work, improvisation, field recording, sound art, and expanded audiovisual performance. Founded in 2025, MOSS aims to cultivate spaces for exploratory sound and community connection on Vancouver Island through intimate, inclusive, and artist-centered programming.
