Der lunatic e.V. ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, auf dessen Basis seit 19 Jahren ein studentisch organisiertes Festival Einzug in Lüneburg findet – das lunatic Festival. Das Team besteht dieses Jahr aus 27 Menschen, die dafür sorgen, dass Musik, Kunst und Kultur gleichermaßen für euch bei uns ein Zuhause finden. Wir verpflichten uns zu einem Ansatz, der ganzheitliche Inklusion, Diversität und Nachhaltigkeit im Team und auf dem Festival immer als Voraussetzung versteht. Einzigartig wird es bei der Zusammensetzung des Teams. Die ist: Immer. Anders. Zu Beginn eines jeden Wintersemesters findet sich eine bunte Gruppe, ausgewählt durch das Team des Vorjahres, die sich mit dem Charakter des Festivals identifiziert und etwas Neues daraus machen möchte. Die Methode, anhand derer die Übergabe geschieht, schafft einen Wissenstransfer, ohne radikalen Neuansätzen und Kreativität im Wege zu stehen. Die Arbeit rund um das Festival lässt so trotz Tradition ausschließlich Platz für zeitgemäße Werte und Strukturen. Alle Teammitglieder arbeiten ehrenamtlich für eine Veranstaltung, die sich selbst trägt und darüber hinaus nicht profitorientiert ist. The lunatic e.V. is a non-profit association that has been organizing the student-organized lunatic festival in Lüneburg for 19 years. The composition of the team is always unique and different. At the beginning of each winter semester, a colorful group is selected by the previous year's team, who identify with the festival's character and want to make something new out of it. The method of transfer creates knowledge without standing in the way of radical new approaches and creativity. Despite tradition, the work around the festival exclusively makes room for contemporary values and structures.
