Inspired by the worldwide sex-positive movement, HER understands education is the key to create a friendly atmosphere at dance parties where people should enjoy equal rights. It is an ongoing learning process for all of us so as to reach a mutual understanding and respect. All are welcomed to HER’s party; no matter what your gender identification is, where you’re from, what your skin color is, or if you live on the fringe of society. Women and transgender artists from local areas and international communities are the main force behind HER’s projects, with allies on their sides. Together they create a space experimenting with sounds and artistic endeavor for performers and audiences alike to enjoy a comfortable and sacred environment for dancing.
