Dublin Modular is an artist-run non-profit organisation primarily hosting all types of live electronic music and visual arts meetups, workshops and performances throughout Dublin City. Our community ranges from young to old and in genre classical to experimental noise. Although the majority of our events are based in Dublin, members of the community come from all over the Island of Ireland. Providing a platform for electronic artists to perform. With up close views of artists using all types of hardware and software in their performances including modular synthesis, analogy, tape, vinyl and computerised devices. Demonstrating the huge variety of electronic musical material being developed in Ireland. We want to emphasise how much artistic talent Ireland has to offer locally! Developing a space for creative collectives and communities to come together to discuss their ideas and future intentions. We are constantly developing; extending our platform to infuse different art forms including dance, literature and photography. We hope to keep this blending of arts continuously growing throughout our future projects.
