With a highly memorable 15 year history of hosting outstanding events in the inner city of Alkmaar, the creative minds behind 3Gram now look outward and have found new lands where they can break ground. On the outskirts of town at a mere 10 minutes away from the citycentre, lies De Weide. A place that is rich in light, dripping in nature and oozing with the type of freedom we have long had to miss. De Weide is where imposing trees, a monument status barn and a babbling brook will merge with modular synthesizers, enchanting basslines and pioneering beats. The sprawling festival ground offers three intimate areas, one outdoor stage at the foot of the trees with a capacity of 400+, a stage in the monumental barn with a capacity of 200, A stage in the field in front of the barn with a capacity of 100 and a hidden outdoor stage behind the farm. The line-up consists of a combination of DJ’s and (electronic) live acts fostering off the wall collaborations. We strive to book cutting-edge performances from established and emerging artists that push the musical envelope, giving them the podium they deserve. To this backdrop we offer a platform that encourages artistic expression while maintaining the high standards of hospitality that our crowd, artists and partners have come to expect from us.
