COUP\E Prod

COUP\E is a contemporary creative sound production project focused on composition of music, soundtrack, soundscapes, sound installation and sound design. COUP\E was founded in 2023 by producers/composers/musicians Jenn Hutt and Clelia Patrono. Both are female identifying artists with over 20 years of experience in performance and music/sound composition for cinema, theatre, dance, documentary, sound installation, television, and live performance. The production’s driving philosophy is to create solidarity between artists and enrich the lives of our community and disciplines with our signature sound compositions while creating performance opportunities and artistic collaborations through our events Containers and Playground. We reject the necessity for third-party, big-money organizations or popular public opinion. COUP\E Containers are performance platforms - multidisciplinary artistic playgrounds where emerging and established artists are invited to perform in an immersive, fluid, sonic environment that blends immersive sound and video and lighting. Five "Containers" have so far been brought to existence on May 5, May 26, December 8, 2024, July 8, 2025 and July 5, 2026 at LaVallée (BXL) and have included dancers, musicians, performance artists, lighting designers, composers, sound designers, visual and video artists.
