98.3 is a collective of DJs and producers dedicated to promoting their unique musical vision. Our roots are in Kyiv's underground scene, inspired by Detroit techno, the sound of Tresor, 90s UK trance, and Belgian hardcore. Witnessing the revolution of Kyiv's electronic scene, we realized the importance of preserving and promoting educational values, covering genres from electro and techno to jungle. We aimed at preserving the values and integrity of the underground scene, showcasing local talents.
