UNDRGRND was born in 2015 through the visionary initiative of Alexandru Hent in collaboration with John Doe Club. What started as a dream has evolved into Amsterdam's most vibrant underground music movement. Our mission was clear: to create a platform where artists could develop and showcase their musical visions in an authentic club environment, while reuniting the passionate underground scene of Amsterdam. With over 105 events annually, we've rapidly expanded our influence internationally, bridging electronic music scenes across 32 countries. Built on pure passion for music, UNDRGRND has become synonymous with electrifying club nights and a sanctuary for freedom of expression. Our journey has been marked by unforgettable collaborations with both emerging European underground talents and industry legends. We've had the honor of hosting renowned artists such as Nick Warren, 2000 and One, Matt Sassari, Ramiro Lopez, Stefano Noferini, Magdalena, Neverdogs, Several Definitions, Spaceandtime, Olivier Weiter, Teenage Mutants, D formation, Citizen Kain, Hannes Bieger, Lonya, Camilo Sancremente, Alex Sharp, Virna, Soroush, and many others who have contributed to our unique musical tapestry.
