Oriol Reverter (1996-?), born in Granollers, Barcelona (Spain) tired of the education he received at his religious school, soon began to discover his fascination for the subcultures of the industrial suburbs that surrounded his city. From the first moment he step in the discotheque Pont Aeri, when he was only 16 years old, he felt a strong sense of nostalgia for a popular culture of a time he could not live through. It was then that he found himself immersed in the synergy generated on the clubs, finding his place in a new community. The whims of fate aligned the stars and, at a very young age, Oriol found himself managing a club in his city. Together with his other partners, all of them DJs, tried to bring the club to fruition. They didn't have much luck, mainly due to the low demand for this style of music in the city. The project barely lasted ten months, although this did not prevent him from getting to know for the first time the reality of how the scene worked from the inside. Oriol was aware that devotion to club culture was not enough. If he wanted to contribute his grain of sand to its recovery and resurgence, he would have to add some value to it. So, in parallel, he began to study Photography and Art Contemporary Creation in Barcelona. Photography began to become a fundamental and indispensable part of Oriol's life, both personally and professionally. He found in it a medium with which to capture that essence and energy that he perceived on the dance-floor. Co-promoter of the parties X concept by Room Trax where he is also resident DJ and brings all the creative direction of the brand. Besides of being Dj, he is mainly an artist, curator as a founder of YF Agency.
