Yu Lin Humm

Since the age of five, Yu Lin received classical music training in cello and piano at the Milan International Music Academy. In 2014, Yu Lin moved to New York City to study jazz with Erik Friedlander while working as a fashion photographer. In 2017 she enrolled a BA in Performing and Visual Arts at the University of Lisbon. Yu Lin premiered her first solo album, "Islas Resonantes", live at Galeria Zé Dos Bois in Lisbon. The music she composed and recorded with Núcleo Audio for the Motelx 2020 trailer, received the gold award by the Art Director's Club Europe and a silver award by the Creative Club Portugal. Along music and photography, her work is now mainly focused on creating immersive experiences merging sound, science and visual art to open the senses to the natural world.
