Young Dene is a well-known fixture in the West Coast bass music community of Canada. Before his debut festival performance at Bass Coast in 2018, YD had been promoting sound system culture and bridging communities through music and festivals for a decade. YD has since established in Vancouver, BC, where he currently produces music, as well as both live and online events.
