Originating from Istanbul, Y33T now calls Amsterdam home, where they have caught the attention of many as an up-and-coming DJ. With a background in classical music, they were introduced to the electronic music through Istanbul's underground queer rave scene during their formative years. Y33T's journey has since taken them to world-renowned clubs in the Netherlands, including Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Inspired by the diverse electronic landscape of Amsterdam and deeply embedded in its club culture, Y33T's DJ sets carries the sound of techno and hardgroove. Their music follows a rhythmic flow characterized by groovy deep elements and charged percussions that drive with purpose. Seamlessly blending these distinct yet harmonious subgenres, Y33T adds a unique perspective to their work. The only aim they have is to create an experience between sound and space where the audience exists in a euphoric state between beats and breaths.
