With Ess

With Ess is the sonic project of Esther McTigue, an artist, vocalist, writer, producer and DJ whose work shifts between introspection and movement. Amongst many projects, Ess works as Label Coordinator at Gallery Recordings, a label valued for it's cultural curation within Australia’s electronic music landscape. It's no wonder she brings an A&R sensibility to the booth. Yet to release original work on mainstream streaming platforms, With Ess continues to refine her sound behind the scenes; although we're waiting out to hear her debut EP. Since relocating to Melbourne she has quickly become a regular at Gracie's Wine Room and her name has been popping up on flyers for doofs and underground raves. We're looking forward to catching more of her on the circuit this year. With a love of electronic dance music, from downtempo to progressive house, her mixes are thoughtful and tactile, made to be felt.
