Wes started spinning records in 1996 in Panama City Beach. Later that year he moved to Pensacola, FL. It was here at Bedlam’s where Wes first got his skills playing for people. He started on the Thursday night open decks they offered, but before long he was opening up on the weekends. In 1997, Wes moved to Gainesville, Fl. Here he really began making a name for himself. First at playing house parties but by 1998 and through 2000 he had residencies at different clubs around Gainesville, massive raves, a Guest DJ spots in Key West, FL. In 2000, Wes attended Full Sail University and received a degree in film production. After focusing on his film career for sometime, Wes decided it was time to follow his real passion for Djing. Since 2007 Wes has been continuously getting booked in Tallahassee, Panama City Beach, Destin, Ft. Walton, and Pensacola.  Wes Rolan always impresses. His smooth style and seamless mixes always amaze people. In a time where most DJ’s are pressing buttons on computers. Wes can still lay it down on just turntables and vinyl, no computers necessary. He currently uses a mixture of both technologies. Wes Rolan’s musical style mainly focuses on Deep House, Indie-dance, and Nu-disco. But he is also kwon to play Hip-hop, Dubstep, Trap, Electro, and New Orleans Bounce. It really just depends on where he is playing. Wes is known for being a genre “buster” and playing many genres in his sets, blending them all to perfection and keeping the party rocking. “Party Rock” is Wes’ motto. Wes loves DJing dance music in all it’s forms and this really comes out in his performances. His diverse and eclectic tastes lands him bookings from huge raves, clubs, upscale bars, in-store performances and corporate events.
