He begun his music journey in college at the age of 17 and has now made a return at the age of 25 to continue his legacy. Thanks to his mixed ethnicity (Jamaican & Nigerian), he has found a standard of his own for the music he curates and plays to his audiences. Merging Percussive Latin, Deep and Minimal Tech House, Wes is slowly crafting a new sense of connection with music; Catching the ears of many with his groovy display of melodies, jumpy drums and deep, rhythmic bass lines. Wes founded JIWA in November 2024 with a clear vision: to bring authentic, rare talent to the forefront of the Tech House music scene. Passionate about uncovering the unique and the extraordinary, he set out to create a platform where fresh, boundary-pushing artists could thrive.
