Cassia, aka weathergirl, is a rising dubstep presence in the Toronto queer rave scene. In under a year she went from having never touched a DJ deck to playing sold-out shows with 250+ attendees, and even landing a prestigious spot on the Furnal Equinox 2026 lineup. Her style is distinct within the community: blending classic dubstep nostalgia with modern breakbeat sounds. Dubstep isn't dead and weathergirl is making sure everyone knows it.
