Born in Jersey, with the NYC skyline literally in my backyard I would never have thought I would be a part of Brooklyn underground rave culture, and I’m so happy that life put me on this path. Growing up I played sax in a jazz ensemble, and guitar for fun. My first experience with techno was in 2019 at afterlife in the Brooklyn mirage and I instantly fell in love with the music. My whole life I listened to rock and metal, so I felt that techno was similar in many ways, especially when bands use synths. Since my first rave I’ve been discovering all different types of techno. I’m lucky to have made a lot of friends who mostly also dj that made it very easy for me to learn the art. Lately my favorite artists are Oscar mulero, dvs1, d.dan, quelza to name a new.
