Born in Greece in 2001 and based in Stockholm, Valrik is making his own path in the electronic music scene, mixing trippy, groovy, and psychedelic techno with emotional trance. After falling in love with electronic music, he moved to Stockholm in 2023, where he found the space to learn, explore, and ultimately decide to step behind the decks. Inspired by labels like трип (Trip Recordings) and bbbbbb recors (Iceland), his sets take listeners on a journey shifting from atmospheric darkness to high-energy movement, making people dance, trip out, and trance. His sound reflects a love for raw, emotional, and psychedelic energy. An evolving figure in Stockholm’s techno scene, Valrik is carrying a vision of bringing more depth, techno culture education, and stronger club experiences to Stockholm’s dancefloors. Following this mission, he recently launched Kubben Sessions in collaboration with Lava Kulturhuset: a project where he and selected DJs play and livestream sets from the city’s most iconic cultural center in the heart of Stockholm. Having played at Den Anden Side (Copenhagen), Valrik aspires to push his sound across European techno hubs while keeping Stockholm connected, trippy, and alive.
