Valencia is a Colombian-born, Brooklyn-based DJ fueled by an unyielding passion for all things dark, infectious and irresistibly groovy. Hailing from Bogotá, the techno capital of South America, she was introduced to electronic music from a very young age. Nights at legendary clubs like Kaputt and Baum shaped her musical essence, where icons such as Daria Kolosova, Amelie Lens, and Funk Tribu defined her artistic palette. Upon moving to New York, Valencia’s love affair with music has only intensified. Her hypnotic, driving and fiercely feminine sound has begun to captivate dance floors across the city. In just a year, she’s graced the decks at TBA, Hellphone, Dead Letter, Sweetie and The End. Now, Valencia gears up to launch her residency at TBA Brooklyn this upcoming summer, where she will continue to showcase her unmistakable and irresistible sound to the Brooklyn scene.
