Based in Freiburg (Southwest Germany), URTE sparked international interest with her genuine take on emotional club music that she showcased in various guest mix appearances on Rinse FM and NTS among others. ‚Permafrost‘ - which was released in 2020 via the London label Coyote Records - forms URTE's debut EP, detailing four vivid and intensely cinematic tracks that traverse her love of grime, breakbeats, ethereal trance and ambient. Since then she has released music with various collectives and labels, including Raiders, none/such, WARNING and Infinito Audio. Together with fellow DJ and producer ANOUC she forms one half of the duo EDEN which is focused on forward thinking electronic music.
