Growing up in Indianapolis, Uriah G. started DJing at 14 years old by taking lessons from Indy's Mixmaster, DJ Topspeed. Those lessons provided a foundation for his career as a DJ/Producer. Throughout Uriah G.'s turbulent youth, House music has served as a tether that anchored him to solid ground thusly, saving his life. In those difficult times he found inspiration via Artists like Bad Boy Bill, Donald Glaude, Dan Scooter, and Paul Anthony. When Uriah G. began promoting, it was a natural blend of his passion for House music and the love of entertaining. Promoting enabled him to network while building bonds within the community, leading to strong friendships embedded in the electronic music scene. During the pandemic for example, Uriah G. picked up the decks again. Doing so, he credits longtime friend Dustin Sheridan for pushing him to pursue that passion for music. Uriah G. wasted no time putting his vision into motion by making his DJ debut in 2020. As the Agent and Booking Director for INVY nightclub in downtown Indianapolis, Uriah G. brings (and performs w/), talent like Green Velvet, Mark Knight, Gettoblaster, Lee Foss, Will Clarke, Black V Neck, Walker & Royce as well as many others on a regular basis. While his real love is House music, Uriah G. has a penchant for unity within the Indianapolis scene. He has started to branch out by bringing Dubstep and DnB to INVY. This adds to the diverse musical topography in Indianapolis. Uriah G. stepped into the realm of production by releasing original mixes with various labels. Uriah G. went on to become co-owner of AOM and is slated to release more original music in addition to some live remixes.
