After leaving behind commercially successful projects that earned him collaborations with major labels such as Sony and Columbia, Antonio Coronato chose to step away from the mainstream scene, driven by a deep need for experimentation. Since January 2023, under the pseudonym "uramaki.", he has been releasing tracks of all kinds, exploring new musical directions. Following the release of his debut single "Going Under (340)" and his first EP "Yoshimitsu", uramaki has continued to drop tracks ranging from Garage to Jungle to Techno. This ongoing exploration has shaped his style into something alternative and unpredictable, free from the constraints of genre. With the release of two further EPs in the first half of 2024, "Club Nostalgia" and "yūrei", Antonio began to capture the attention of the underground electronic scene thanks to his unconventional and innovative approach. At the end of 2024, he released a third EP, "Kaizen", distributed by the Italian label BSR. In April 2025, his longest work to date, "otaku generation", came out, where he explores Japanese anime culture by incorporating audio references to some of the media’s cornerstones. Today, he is working on new singles set to be released at the end of 2025, along with several collaborations.
