Combined, Deep Just & K Civ have almost 60 years of experience on the dance floor, behind the decks & in the studio. After years of performing separately at various parties and festivals, they joined forces to launch TUSK, a monthly deep/afro/techno music and dance experience in Boston, expanding into producing dance floor igniting remixes and edits under the same name. Having played events and festivals in various locales, including vinyl listening experiences in Miami (Dante’s HiFi) and Atlanta (Echo Room), listeners can enjoy a blend of both classic and new music. Their diverse selection spans genres such as house, deep & afro house, techno, jazz, African and Latin global sounds, with each set thoughtfully curated for each event.
