As a multidisciplinary artists, Trixy (they/she/him) is interested in the new approaches made through the curatorial view on contemporary art. Through music, they aim to destroy tags and conventions by the deconstruction of sounds and hence creating new genres in the mix. Through popular vocals but rare beats, she started DJing with her own collective in urban venues in Madrid nightlife. Frantic rythms, steady upbeat and full of pop culture references, welcome to the world of Trixy and their tricks. Due to the lack of representative deconstructed club sound in her home town, she decided to create a platform that could showcase any artist that do not want to fit in the current binarism lead by reggaeton and techno. The platform and events called DAY & N1GHTN01SE soon became a reference for an underground scene who consumes music in alternative platforms such as Soundcloud. Combining visuals, performance, dance and music, breaking the mold is a need and the only constant throughout their career started back in early 2000s mixing with CDs. Through digital hardware, she has found the exploration by producing tracks and singing vocals in her side B project.
