Tryggvi Valdimarsson A.K.A Trix started dj-ing late 2005 after he did a small party gig he was booked to play at Timo Maas gig that made him realize that there was no turning back.So he decided shake up things in club scene by getting known artists to iceland that people in Iceland don´t know much about and get them to know different variations of the club scene starting by getting the U.S artist Jake Childs that made a good impression of how many good styles of house music there are on this round thing called Earth.Next in line was the Canadian Jay Tripwire that left smiles on so many house loving faces.After playing with these top artists and dj´s Trix gathered some of icelands top Dj´s started a group called Barcode that got be known as the most underground and unique squad of dj´s in iceland by playing tunes that wasn´t heard on the radio unless in specific radio shows and played every month in Reykjavik and smaller places around Iceland.Trix appeared on these radio few times and started to make a name for himself for playing from deep techy house tracks to techno.Trix started to get more bigger gigs like the gethering of the scene he appeared with biggest names of the Icelandic club scene by playing infront 700 people that were one his most enjoyable gigs he has played.In August Trix and his Friend Ghozt brought to Iceland and played along with Switch´s former member Trevor Lovey´s in two big club nights at Sjallinn Akureyri and at club Tunglid Reykjavik.Trix started producing and made one track called Nite Ride with the techno artist called Oculus which got good response from icelandic clubber´s.Trix will bringing more tracks to music plate in near future.
