DJ and electronic music enthusiast Mindaugas Stonkus, aka ToTo, hails out of Lithuania, Europe. He came across electronic music at the age of 15. He got involved in DJing since then. ToTo has had a lot of time to develop his sound. For him, it's all about mood and deep, hypnotic groove- As he says, "Groove is what keeps the dance floor full and keeps the people moving.
