Simon Titus is a force to be reckoned with in the music scene, and it's no surprise why. As a local Amsterdam vibration purveyor and the main man behind the deep house sound, Simon's talent and passion for music is undeniable. He arrived fresh like fire out of London, and he's been a household name in the Netherlands for over a decade, making a dancefloor come alive with his unique sound. Simon's journey began in the UK, where he played at a variety of clubs, parties and bars as MC Spyder. Alongside his team of creators such as DJ Timmy Boomkat, MJ Cole and other modern producers, he pushed his unique voice and sound, eventually introducing Amsterdam to the UK garage sound. As the times changed, Simon evolved and continued to push his limits, always offering the next level of what he's been exposed to in his wide-spread travels. As an integral fixture of the Amsterdam music scene for over a decade, Simon has hosted many parties as MC Spyder, including SpeedFreax, Dancevalley, Latin Village, Extrema, Drumm Rhythm Festival, The City Is Ours, MysterLand, The Rotterdam Dance Parade and many more. He's also been a resident of the legendary RoXY, and worked Groovemaster Johnson's party "Bubbleclub" in 98. More recently, Simon has been working on the UK Funky and Shake Up Projects in venues all around Holland, keeping things fresh with many pop-up gigs. He's never one to be tied down to one spot, always traveling and promoting the scene and music he loves so much. Additionally, he's been pushing his limits by working in Television and Radio, as well as collaborating with top industry professionals on his own sound, leading to his joining of the group "Spark". Simon's talents and contributions to the music scene have earned him several successes, such as the feature voice-over for the Suzuki Swift Ad campaign (06-10), as well as releasing a successful single with the group "Spark". His success as MC Spyder hit its peak in 2005 when he collaborated with Olav Basoski on a track called "Waterman". The track achieved Gold Record status in the EU, was released in over 25 countries, and topped the dance charts in many hotspots around the world. The duo followed up their success with "Like Dis", featuring a remix by Fedde Le Grand, which further cemented Simon's unique vibe. With his passion for music, dedication to pushing boundaries and commitment to promoting the scene he loves, Simon Titus is truly one of a kind.
