Tim James grew up in Melbourne, Australia and from a very young age always had a love for music. He grew up listening to everything from The Beatles to Metallica and discovered his love for dance music late in his teens when a friend handed him a CD and asked him to have a listen. It was Fatboy Slims ‘Rockafella Skank’ and from that moment on music had a whole new meaning. Many years following around DJ’s in Melbourne’s amazing underground club scene and being heavily influenced by their sound inspired him to do it himself. Upon moving to London for work in 2011 he decided to take his DJing further. Deep house and Funky house have become his passion and now having teamed up with the ‘Become a DJ’ crew and their production label ‘Raw Silence’ big things are expected to come. Tim will be performing all over London bars and clubs this coming year..Watch this space!
