Tee Marie, who goes by THEYTEE is a queer non binary femme DJ from los angeles. Growing up they were heavily influenced by their brother and sister raving in the late 90s. From the rave flyers, fashion, and dancing, they still thank their siblings frequently. Tee’s love for dance music quickly grew and as they got older found the sounds that they love and the sounds that make them groove. Dance music is an expression of self and freedom, and that's what they love about it. From chicago house, detroit techno, acid house, and so on dance music has their heart forever.
