Born and raised in Long Beach and is now living out in Echo Park, theyfriend has been making waves across the queer underground scene, hosting and spinning at disco, house, vaporwave, and dnb events from Hollywood to DTLA. Since starting music production as a video game remixer back in 2010, theyfriend has expanded their sound to encompass the influences of the scenes they enjoy most.
