Theya has been an active part of the Czech music scene since the end of 2008. Right from the beginning, she organized her own parties, which paid off fairly quickly. There is hardly any Friday or Saturday she doesn't stand behind the decks - either at one of her own events at the famous Cross Club or at one of her many residencies across Prague city. For the past six years, Theya runs the popular dnb/bass/club music night – Liquid Flights to which she brought names like Calibre, dBridge, Alix Perez, Roska, Neana, Otik... to name a few. She also collaborates on the Drumstation night and Prague dnb festival. Theya played at major Czech festivals (Let It Roll, Cross Festival, Shotgun) and is often accepting invitations across the borders: Brighton, Oslo, Vienna, Valencia, Romania, Slovakia, and Geneva/Switzerland. Her sets reflect very much upon herself and varies from darker, raw and deeper sounds to liquidy and soulful tones. She loves melodies and atmospheres as well as solid rough bass sounds and you can hear her switching in between those even during one dynamic set. Speaking of which, sensitively selected tunes she delivers are not just from the drum and bass pool, Theya also digs deep into club music, bass, house or techno. The genre is not so important though, she plays anything with the vibe she enjoys. no bpm limits.
