Gareth was involved in the Manchester music scene in the late 80s and early 90s, promoting raves and playing various after parties across South Manchester. He was a regular at Stuffed Olive, The Thunderdome, Herbal Tea Party, The Kitchen and Konspriacy, noting each venue as instrumental in forging both his musical tastes and lifetime friendships. Gareths first love is rave and acid house, but has time as passed much prefers his beats to be down-low, broken and dirty with a global influence. Gareths show "The Afters" can be heard on Steam Radio at 20:00 on the first Friday of the month. Gareth was also asked to play for the Melodic crew at Gottwood 2023.
