Camilo became interested in dance music in the late 90s, discovering the local techno movement in his native Bogota. Since moving to Melbourne in 2004, he has been involved with various crews, experiencing and discovering Melbourne’s underground music scene. Camilo started dj'ing in 2008. His sets include different styles of house music, focusing on tech-minimal and deep house. While in Melbourne, he has played at various venues including: Miss Libertine, Loop Bar, Killing Time, Section 8 and Bimbo Deluxe, and has been invited to perform at events including Summer Series at Revolver, Sun Beats Down - Melbourne Music Week, Norman Standard, Wrangle Party, Coco-Poco-Loco Parties and a Warehouse Party with LAB (Pablo Cahn). He also has a monthly residence, Pineapple at New Guernica and INBTW at Section 8, in Melbourne's CBD. In addition to his own onstage performances, he has also organised various events around Melbourne, involving local DJs and producers. His most recent collaboration, Twice Shy, has rapidly become a popular monthly event on Melbourne's underground dance music calendar.
