His unique avant-garde sound filled with 90’s industrial rave nostalgic undertones scored him gigs alongside acts such as Mall Grab, Franky Rizardo and Sofi Tukker early on in his time as a club DJ. Quickly turning heads in the local scene, The Holy got called upon to play festivals such as Igloofest and Piknic Electronik leading up to his first EP release, V1510N, in January 2022. The single Never Seen Before, which features fellow Montrealer Pony’s distinctive vocal was dubbed by Defected Record’s own Sam Divine one of her favorite tracks of the year. His second EP VORTEX have smashed harder with support of the biggest DJs in the industrie such as Meduza, Chris Lake, Jamie Jones and many more. Last year, he established a partnership with internationally celebrated digital artist FVCKRENDER for which he acts as sole music composer and director on their numerous artistic projects. They collaborated with staple brands such as Christies NYC, Times Magazine, Highsnobiety, Hypebeast and many more. Up next, The Holy will be performing before Rebuke at Newspeak on November 17th, Art Basel in Miami in December followed by a string of major perfomances for 2023 leading up to his sophomore 3rd EP which drops early 2023. The Holy is also releasing a fresh set of collabs with Fvckrender next month on the famous platform Nifty Gateway. Constantly on the move and thriving to share the stage with some of the biggest names in the industry, The Holy is one name not to be forgotten.
