Thammudu (he/they) is a Brooklyn-based sound artist whose work as a DJ weaves together ambient, experimental, and club music. They co-produced Matters of Ascension (TT, 2020), a six-track EP that interrogates the commodification of diasporic identity amidst the fraught realities of an imagined homeland. Their mixes have been featured on internet radio platforms, including NTS, n10.as, and Threads. Currently, their practice centers on building queer of color spaces for healing, mischief, and mutual aid.
