Vincent Lembke a.k.a. Tanasoul was born in the Canary Islands. Raised in a musicians environment, it wasn’t long until he also discovered his passion for music and started experimenting with his first compositions. Tanasoul is a multi-instrumentalist and played in several bands producing radio hits before moving to Berlin to finish his engineering studies. Once there, he fell in love, like so many other, with the local techno culture and started to produce electronic music, playing in small venues on his spare time. After soaking up the techno scene for almost a decade, he decided to go back to the Canary Islands and bring back a little bit of the experiences there -focused on creating surreal techno events and promoting the local DJs and producers at the same time “The things that Made Berlin club culture so vital in the first place — the breaking down of social barriers, the experience of coming together through music, the creation of unique spaces away from the norms of day-to-day society — form the very heart of what i try to do” He is establishing himself as a vivid techno producer, with an ever growing fan base due to his powerful and engaging sets, where he often remixes songs on the go. Tanasoul also co-manages a non profit record studio, where local artist can produce and record music free of any charge, thus further promoting the local music culture. At the moment Tanasoul is working on his release EP “Intrinsity” for the techno label “Tettix”.
