Variety and creativity are the main values of Sweet Drinkz – alias Alberto Moreno – when it comes to getting in front of the public. The Aragonese DJ and producer has been training and forging his particular way of understanding music and the art of being a DJ for more than 20 years, since at the end of the 90s he began to delve into the world of mixing. It was listening to the mixtapes and compilations from such important events and venues as Florida 135, Sónar or Monegros, which caught his attention at first, leading him to nourish that collecting vein and create his own mixes without even being aware of it. Self-taught and with a childhood friend, Sweet Drinkz shaped his character, mainly as an electronic music DJ, from the age of 14, influenced by the publications and eclecticism of DJ Hell's International DeeJay Gigoló Records, the sessions of the Berlin's Love Parade – broadcast by the German network RTL2 –, those of the famous 2ManyDJs, works as decisive as that of Justice vs. Simian, the electronic music that emerged in Manchester – at the hands of Laurent Garnier and The Haçienda – or the productions of Ed Banger Records and the French Touch movement. However, his greatest influence was that of the Australian collective Bang Gang DJs – of which the late DJ Ajax was a member – since it was they who instilled in him that love for refined technique and variety when selecting music, thus forging his way of understanding the profession. With a perspective that does not distinguish between genres when it comes to making its audience dance, Sweet Drinkz has earned the affection of the respectable people who attend its sessions, with a very varied selection, which can range from the most classic genres such as house, techno, electro, hip-hop or disco to the new avant-garde and futuristic trends of urban and electronic music. The label doesn't matter. Sweet Drinkz has no prejudices when selecting music and, thanks to his technique, he always surprises his audience with risky mixes, edits and unexpected remixes, filling the dance floor with life. The only thing that matters is music with feeling, without distinctions. Thanks to his sound studios, Sweet Drinkz can boast of facing the sessions with guarantees that few DJs can provide today. Experienced in the national and international circuit, with freestyle as its flag and with the sole purpose of surprising and making people enjoy, Sweet Drinkz has passed through Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona, Ibiza, Valencia or Bilbao, bringing its fresh and without ties to all audiences. In addition, Sweet Drinkz is also one of the brains of the Face Down Ass Up, Dollar and Pangoleo sessions, clubs dedicated to the latest trends in bass music.
